Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

Currency: All prices and transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR).

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are packed and dispatched during business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner serviceability.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is typically 4–7 business days from the date of order placement.

Delivery to remote locations may require additional time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) on business days will generally be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Dorsaron currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible serviceable pin codes across India.

To maintain smooth operations:

• COD orders may be verified via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch.
• Dorsaron reserves the right to cancel unverified or suspicious orders.
• COD availability depends on courier service coverage in your area.

Delivery Area

We currently ship across India to most serviceable pin codes.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
