- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item), Dorsaron will bear the return shipping charges.

Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable):
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid UPI ID or bank account details for refund processing.
Please note that actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
