Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, accessories, or included items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, used, or altered (if applicable).
Important Conditions
- Customers are encouraged to record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video when opening their package.
- For claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, an unboxing video may be required for verification.
- Damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.
- Standard returns, including change-of-mind returns, may be requested within the 30-day return period.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, Dorsaron will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchase by the customer, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

- Unboxing video (for damage, defect, wrong item, or missing item claims)

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, and the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Please note that actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Replacement Policy
Replacements may be offered in the following situations:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products received
- Missing parts or accessories
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund may be issued.
Approved replacement requests will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but customers may still be eligible for a return according to this policy.
